From the word “railway” alone it is clear what material was used in their construction. Nowadays, we are dealing with the problems of iron corrosion, which implies the need to maintain and protect not only the entire railway network, but also the tracks, railway trucks, locomotives, columns, bridges, various transmission lines and various equipment, including access stairways, footbridges and railings, which are part of the railway equipment and infrastructure. It also offers the possibility of protecting the track itself from its sides and surrounding metallic fasteners – wherever the elements causing rusting do not erode as they do on the top surface of the rails.
